About Freedom Highway

Shelton Native, Leanne Gunter started Managing Shelton El Sarape December of 2015, having a love of music, she started booking bands to the Cantina. When COVID hit she focused her efforts on building a space for musicians to practice, and Freedom Highway Studios was formed. Freedom Highway is grounded in the belief that you should be free to express yourself creatively as being creative is essential to being human.

The mission of Freedom Highway is to provide tools, relationships and space for groups and individuals to
practice their art and prepare for performance, so that they can achieve their version of creative success.

The value of Freedom is essential to the Freedom Highway culture. We want to liberate creatives from perceived limitations and encourage exploration of their inner genius. We create space to let your passion run free and your imagination go uninhibited.

We want to help our creators to master their craft, yet not being fixated on the destination. Rather creative growth is about the journey, enjoying the creative process as a whole.

So often creatives can struggle with imposter syndrome, we are here to help individuals build their confidence and take on their next show with unashamed confidence.
